LenMatrixCut

Function and Profile

The LenMatrixCut Creasing Matrix Cutter is designed to cut creasing matrices for packaging box die-cutting templates. It supports a wide range of creasing matrix specifications, eliminating the need for traditional manual cutting.

Compared to manual methods, the LenMatrixCut is simple to operate. The machine runs on a Windows operating system and can read CAD die drawings directly, automatically extracting creasing matrix data. It identifies all cut lines in the diagram and completes the entire die's creasing matrix in a single click.

CAD drawings are saved within the system, allowing operators to quickly retrieve and reorder previous jobs — saving time and reducing setup effort. This streamlined workflow significantly shortens die-cutting template production time and improves overall production efficiency.

The machine uses a pneumatic feed system to convey the creasing matrix, delivering high-precision cuts with minimal material loss and an accuracy of within ±0.2 mm. It is also compatible with roll-type creasing matrix, which can be fully utilised and is more cost-effective than traditional box-type creasing matrix — helping businesses reduce material costs.
